Well, this is only a part of a larger personal project i'm doing...my intention is to make a composition with at least 3 characters of the DC Universe.
I don't like to upload WIP's to my gallery but i think this one could be considered as a finished one...
The whole idea for this project came out when i bought the comic-book "Justice" by Alex Ross.
I can't tell you how much i liked the art on that book. Then I found some videos on youtube about Alex Ross and his workflow...So i tried to do something similar (within my limits), so i used some photos as references and i want to be able to publish every part of the final composition as an individual artwork.
The reference I took for this drawing was a very popular photo of Smallville's Kara Zor-El...I know, I know...you can't see Laura Vandervoort on my painting...well, the freaking truth is that i'm not so talented...
